Call for return of boat building programme at SJPI

Most boats damaged by Hurricane Beryl won’t be back in operation until yearend.

And those doing the work say it’s not because of a lack of supplies.

At least one boat builder is calling for a boat-building programme to be returned to the Samuel Jackman Prescott Institute of Technology.

Rachel Agard caught up with two of the technicians doing repairs and filed this report.
