Acting Prime Minister Santia Bradshaw is calling for the speedy resolution of personal injury matters.
She says the length of time it takes for such cases to be heard is a cause for concern.
According to her, in some cases it takes decades to reach a resolution.
She was speaking ahead of the passing of the Supreme Court of Judicature (Amendment and Validation) Bill, 2025 in the Lower House.
