Hiring the right candidate for any job is important.
That’s according to HR professional Rebekah Hinds, who says that decision can make or break an entity looking for a new employee.
She was speaking as a guest on Mornin’ Barbados.
Ms. Hinds is also urging those responsible for hiring to stop treating the interview process like an interrogation.
