Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley is once again advocating for Caribbean countries to work together to fight the external and internal battles affecting the region.
mottley says the region must stick together to create better policies that would lead to the region overcoming its many obstacles, including the climate crisis.
She made the call while addressing the ruling Dominica Labour Party’s national rally in Dublanc, Dominica, which was to celebrate 70 years.
Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley also reiterated concerns that the Caribbean is underpopulated, hindering the unlocking of economic potential and growth.
She says answers to this severe population deficit include the pooling of procurement, freedom of movement and the single market economy.
