Discussions on climate change and Caribbean resilience are on the agenda when Barbados hosts CARIFESTA later this month.
Director of the Barbados Tourism Marketing Inc., Graham Clarke, says the festival is bringing more than cultural brilliance to Bridgetown, as it will unite more than 20 countries.
He cited Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley’s continued advocacy on climate change topics and noted that she will bring this to the table during the August 22nd to 31st event.
