A Government Minister believes the presence of regional states at international fora, ensures they are not only represented but have a voice.
Minister of People Empowerment and Elder Affairs Kirk Humphrey says countries must show up to be recognised.
He says the Caribbean has to speak more and document its stories.

Barbados will play host to the conference in a matter of months.
