As Cuba and CARICOM celebrate 50 years of bilateral relations, the leaders of the grouping are calling for the unjust economic embargo to be lifted.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the 8th CARICOM-Cuba Summit at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre this morning, the region’s leaders and CARICOM officials spoke of the development of the relationship in the face of geopolitical tensions when four nations started the journey.
