On the vexing issue of regional crime, at least one leader attending the 48th Regular Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government of CARICOM thinks the organisation needs to do more.
He’s Prime Minister of St. Lucia Phillip J Pierre, who has lead responsibility for sustainable development in the CARICOM Quasi Cabinet.
He says in St. Lucia there are issues with gang-related crimes, which are prevalent throughout the region.
