The Caribbean Development Bank has expressed growing concern over delays in executing public sector projects across the region.
President Daniel Best says these setbacks are preventing beneficiaries from experiencing the intended development gains.
His comments were made at the conclusion of a seminar on accelerating project implementation to reduce poverty, part of the annual CDB meeting currently underway in Brazil.
