A 36-year-old man has pleaded guilty to several cannabis-related offences.
Lordon Emmanuel Marlon Charles, of No. 14 Hilltop, Pinelands, St. Michael, appeared before Magistrate Graveney Bannister in the District “A” Criminal Court #1, where he pleaded guilty to the following charges:
⦁ Possession of cannabis
⦁ Intent to supply cannabis
⦁ Trafficking in cannabis
The weight of the cannabis was 5.244 pounds, with a street value of $11,893.40 BDS.
Charles was granted bail in the sum of $10,000.00 with one surety.
Magistrate Bannister also ordered a pre-sentencing report on Charles, and he is scheduled to reappear in the District ‘A’ Criminal Court #1 on Monday, July 7, 2025.
