There is a new face at the helm of the Ministry of Housing, Lands and Maintenance.
Minister Chris Gibbs took the oath of office this morning at State House.
He was officially sworn in following the sudden resignation of Dwight Sutherland yesterday.
Before Government officials, family, and friends, Gibbs pledged to continue the work of improving access to housing.
He will be meeting with Ministry officials to discuss the state of the ministry, so he can start on delivering Government’s promise to deliver affordable solutions for Barbadians.
