Climate change, biodiversity and pollution are among areas new president of the Caribbean Development Bank Daniel Best wants to focus on.
Mr. Best met with the board of directors and staff in private sessions Monday at the Hilton Barbados Resort.
He’s also spoken as well about innovation for the regional institution for the long term.
He told the CBC on the occasion of his appointment late last year, that unity and unification are among his priorities, and to reach out to development partners.
