Executive Chairman of the Maloney Group, Mark Maloney, shared this view on the opening day of the Annual Construction and Design Conference 2025 at the Sandals Royal yesterday.
He said the industry represents more than just concrete and steel; it embodies job opportunities and national pride.
The businessman also told the conference that system-build is the new standard and, with the advent of AI, called on stakeholders to embrace the trend.
