The COVID-19 death toll in Barbados has increased to 514.
This follows the death of a 65 year old man on Monday, August 8th, as well as a number of community deaths.
The Coroner’s office reported eight COVID-19 related deaths within the community in the past two weeks.
Minister of Health and Wellness, Ian Gooding-Edghill, has extended condolences to the families and friends of the deceased.
