Cricket Legends of Barbados and the University of the West Indies have inked a memorandum of understanding to bring together the history of the game with cultural values.
The formal partnership is an agreement with the Academy, CLR James Cricket Centre at UWI, and the Legends.
Speaking during a ceremony this week, Pro Vice-Chancellor and Principal of the Cave Hill Campus Professor R. Clive Landis, is hoping for more participation for the Legends in Cricket in the Caribbean.
General Manager of Cricket Legends, Julia Caine, says the MOU will help to improve general knowledge and education on cricket in the region and its impact.
