CTUSAB aiming to set new standard in industrial relations training

The Congress of Trade Unions and Staff Association of Barbados, CTUSAB, is aiming to set a new standard in industrial relations training with the launch of its Educational Training Programme.

The programme is in collaboration with the National Transformation Initiative.

Vice President of CTUSAB and President of the Barbados Nurses Association, Dr. Fay Parris, says it’s not only a series of workshops but a catalyst for reinforcing trade unionism in Barbados.

Assistant Director of the National Transformation Initiative, Raphael Saul, welcomed the collaboration, saying the programme falls in line with its mandate.
