The Barbados Police Service is advising the public to beware of an oil spill between the Clyde Walcott Roundabout at Hothersal Turning, St. Michael and Arch Hall, St. Thomas, heading north.
The incident was caused by a car and has made travelling on that surface dangerous.
They are asking that motorists proceed with extreme caution as essential services seek to resolve this issue.
Motorists should avoid the area if possible.
