The Democratic Labour Party is looking inward as it prepares to reposition itself politically.
The message from the party’s leadership at its 71st Annual Conference today was that renewal must go beyond simply changing faces.
Acting President Stephen Lashley says the party must examine its structures, ideas and relationship with the Barbadian public.
He says reconnecting with voters cannot be limited to election campaigns.
