Discussions between the Barbados Community College and the National Union of Public Workers have ended in a stalemate.
The negotiations, which focused on the college’s decision to fill a vacant post, were conducted over several weeks in a spirit of mutual respect and cooperation.
Despite significant progress, both parties were unable to reach a consensus on the matter.
Principal Annette Alleyne expressed appreciation for the efforts made by all involved.
