Local and regional agriculture experts and farmers are working closely together to eradicate the deadly bunchy top disease currently plaguing the papaya industry.
That’s according to Economist at the Ministry of Agriculture, Damien Coppin, who says that once this is achieved and production on the island increases, it will augur well for exports and the overall viability of the business.
