Efforts are underway to build consensus among all stakeholders on solutions to some of the social ills plaguing society.
That was the primary reason for a meeting involving the Social Partnership, media managers, the Church, and other non-governmental organisations, held at the Garfield Sobers Sports Complex.
Much of the focus was on providing structure and opportunities for young people to help them achieve their full potential.
Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley, who chaired the meeting, explained the rationale behind the initiative.
The session also included a discussion on how best to achieve the agreed objectives.
