With the Season of Emancipation in full swing and as Barbadians reflect on and celebrate the end of slavery, the Emancipation Village, a festival of sorts, has been added to the 2024 calendar.
It began on Saturday with craft, clothing, art and Bajan food on offer, reflecting Caribbean and Afro-centricity.
