Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley says the people of Haiti must be at the centre of the matters to be addressed at the 48th Regular Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government of CARICOM.
She made the comments at the Meeting’s opening ceremony, held at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre.
