Young Barbadians will be afforded the opportunity to discuss several issues related to mental health at month-end.
They will deliberate at a Youth Mental Health Symposium organised by the Ministry of Health and Wellness, in collaboration with the Caribbean Public Health Agency, Ross University
School of Medicine, the Healthy Caribbean Coalition and Let’s Unpack It.
It is slated for next Tuesday at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre.
The symposium is a pre-event to the 69th Annual Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA) Health Research Conference scheduled for May 7 to 9, in Barbados.
The youth session targets students from secondary and tertiary institutions, communities, advocacy groups, and service institutions.
