Tourists from around the world have joined locals in the festivities of the region’s sweetest summer festival.
One of the recent events was today’s highly anticipated Foreday Morning Jam.
The popular street parade did not disappoint, as revellers and those who came out as spectators turned out in their numbers from after midnight.
Characters were also part of the line-up on the road, including Deadpool and skaters from the Barbados skating community.
Director of Awol Events, Jason Parris, says it was all about enjoyment with his band Freedom and Emancipation.
Director of Colorz Entertainment, Bryan Worrell, says they had at least a thousand people on the road, as he was celebrating 25 years in the business.
Patrons say they had a most enjoyable time on the road.
