Government has shown its commitment to curbing the rate of crime in Barbados by putting a comprehensive programme in place.
This from Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office with Responsibility for Culture, Senator Dr. Shantal Munro-Knight.
She says their approach has not only been instituting a policy framework, but also through the direct creation of an assigned body to tackle the problem head-on.
She made the remark during the Christ Church East Constituency’s annual general meeting.
