A stepped-up road rehabilitation programme is set to start next year.
Minister of Transport and Works, Santia Bradshaw, made the disclosure during the 80th anniversary celebrations of British heavy equipment manufacturer JCB, held in Barbados.
Speaking at a ceremony hosted at the residence of the British High Commissioner to Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean, His Excellency Simon Mustard, to mark the milestone, Minister Bradshaw said JCB exemplifies British excellence and represents a strong partnership with the Ministry of Transport and Works in Barbados.
