Barbadians curious about veganism and what the lifestyle involves are being invited to the inaugural conference of the Caribbean Vegetarian-Vegan Charity.
The event is scheduled for October 20th at the Courtyard by Marriott.
The invitation comes from Trustee Lalu Hanuman, who says a vegan diet has the smallest environmental footprint when it comes to land use.
He believes veganism is the diet of the future.
