Help is coming for small and medium enterprises in Ghana and the Caribbean.
Republic Bank and the Caribbean Export Development Agency, with co-funding from the European Union via the Third Regional Private Sector Development Programme, have earmarked a collaborative capacity-building initiative.
It is intended to position small businesses for expanded success.
Using online learning, live group sessions, and networking opportunities, the programme will focus on building resilience, improving financial literacy, and unlocking new market potential—key ingredients for sustainable growth.
The programme will be implemented in two phases.
It aligns itself with Republic Bank’s “Power to Make a Difference” corporate social responsibility, given its aim to bolster entrepreneurship and accelerate the development of communities and countries.
