Navigating some of the new and existing labour legislation remains a challenge for some human resource practitioners.
That’s according to labour management chair of the Human Resource Management Association of Barbados, Nancy Solomon.
She stresses that it is important that HR practitioners have a support team to rely on in such circumstances.
