The Barbados Immigration Department has launched two digital service upgrades, including an online entry visa application portal, as part of its ongoing transformation to become fully digital and paperless.
Minister of Home Affairs and Information Wilfred Abrahams says these developments are aimed at improving customer service, reducing in-office waiting times and increasing overall efficiency.
He made the announcement during a press conference at the Immigration Department.
And online payments are now available for all services provided by the department.
Members of the public are encouraged to visit the department’s website for more information and to take full advantage of these newly available modern services.
