Improved signage alerting motorists of speed limits is coming for the nation’s capital Bridgetown and surrounding urban districts.
Acting Deputy Chief Technical Officer for Design Services in the Ministry of Transport and Works, Lorian Graham says they will soon be placing the necessary “sign disks” in place.
Ms. Graham’s comments came as Debate resumed on the Ministry’s Head for the Estimates.
Amid concerns relating to road markings following repaving of roads, she says the Ministry will soon be conducting trials on new road marking materials.
Work will be undertaken as well on new crossing beacons.
