Jason “Grover” Harewood in police custody

A man who was the subject of a “Wanted Man” bulletin by the Barbados Police Service and who caused a stir by responding to the notice on the CBC News Barbados Instagram page, is now in police custody.

He is Jason Alexander Harewood, alias “Tall man” or “Grover” 42 years, of Trents, St. James, who was the subject of the bulletin issued yesterday, Wednesday, August 21, 2024. Police said that the man who they noted was wanted in connection with “serious criminal matters… came into custody, today, Thursday, August 2024, and is assisting police personnel with their investigations”.

The Barbados Police Service thanked the public and the media for assistance in this matter and stressed that it “looks forward to your continued cooperation as we continue to serve, protect and reassure”.
