It is imperative that track and field in Barbados goes through a transformation, but it won’t happen overnight.
That’s the assessment of President of the Athletics Association of Barbados, Noel Lynch.
In an interview with CBC Sports, Mr. Lynch outlined how difficult it is to manage athletics today.
The AAB boss also informed that even with attending international meets, there are new specific requirements and standards that must be met.
