A 54-year-old Bank Hall, St. Michael man is facing arson and murder charges.
The Barbados Police Service Criminal Investigations Department (Black Rock), has arrested and formally charged Ricardo Okella Stanford, with the murder of Shanell Smith, as well as arson on on March 27, 2026.
Stanford is scheduled to appear in the District ‘A’ Criminal Court tomorrow, Tuesday, April 7, 2026.
