The man who viciously attacked Barbadian national, Tharel Thompson leaving him for dead at a nightclub in the UK in February has been jailed.
Krisma Anthony, 23, has been found guilty and sentenced to 27 years’ imprisonment for attempted murder.
Thompson was stabbed in the head and sustained life-changing injuries.
Anthony, who is from St. Lucia had earlier pleaded guilty to possession of a knife blade or sharp pointed object in a public place.
Another accused, Jahlil Charles, also 23 years was acquitted of both charges.
Tharel Thompson’s mother meanwhile, has released a statement detailing the toll the incident has taken on her son mentally as well as the financial strain.
She’s thanked all who have assisted the family as well as the Thames Valley police for their support.
