Fresh concerns about the callous and ridiculous way some public service vehicle drivers are operating on the island’s roads.
Police and Minister of Educational Transformation, Chad Blackman, raised these concerns along Cane Garden Road, St Thomas, where twenty-six people, including students, were injured this morning when a route taxi lost control and overturned.
