With St. Lucy being the starting point for We Gatherin’, MP, Peter Phillips is confident the parish has set a high standard with the hosting of its events for January.
He says activities were created not only to appeal to residents but to Barbadians in general and those who have returned home.
He says there’s been tremendous changes in St. Lucy over the years.
