Member of Parliament for St. Michael West Chris Gibbs wants businesses to invest in programmes that would keep residents engaged in positive activities and uplift their lives.
Mr. Gibbs says in an effort to reach the youth in his constituency, his constituency office will soon be launching the passion project.
