Barbados continues to see young men hauled before the courts for a range of criminal matters.
Today, 18-year-old Carlos Antonio Barton – the first handcuffed man to exit the vehicle – was captured at the District A Magistrates Court, where he will appear for a murder charge.
Jakobi Amani Jamal Norman, who is charged with car theft and robbery, is also appearing at the court.
