The National Cultural Foundation is using social media to drive the island’s sweetest summer festival.
The services of Crop Over influencers and ambassadors are being used to promote and inform the public about the Crop Over Festival.
Chief Executive Officer, Carol Roberts, says they ensure the festival is viewed through their lens.
Speaking at the media launch for Crop Over, Ms. Roberts said the festival does not belong to the NCF but to Barbados.
She extended thanks to the calypsonians, calypso tents, band leaders, vendors, media practitioners and sponsors.
Courtesy Garage is back again as the sponsor for the Pic-O-De-Crop Finals and Flow for Grand Kadooment.
NCF’s Chairman Jasmine Babb thanked all for the role they play in the festival and urged the public to ensure the festival is a memorable one.
