Need for better access for PWDs living in rural areas

Parliamentary Secretary in the Ministry of Transport and Works, Dr. Romel Springer, wants better access for people with disabilities living in rural districts.

Dr. Springer, who is the Member of Parliament for St. Andrew, says people in wheelchairs, for instance, find it difficult to manoeuvre because of the topography of the land.
