Fresh concerns have been raised over the length of time it takes for juvenile matters to reach the law courts.
This comes as the Government Minister responsible for overseeing children’s rights advocates for the introduction of a family court specifically to handle child-related cases.
These issues were highlighted today at a Child Care Board Walk against Child Abuse.
