A new British High Commissioner has been appointed to Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean.
He is Simon Mustard.
The British government, in making the announcement, says he will take up his appointment in May 2025.
Mr. Mustard will succeed Scott Furssedonn-Wood, who will be transferring to another diplomatic service appointment.
