There’s a possibility that drivers entering the public service vehicle sector could come from those involved in the managed migration programme, which began on October 1st.
That’s according to Communications, Information and Marketing Officer of the Alliance Owners of Public Transport, Mark Haynes.
He was speaking in response to concerns about unqualified drivers in the sector, noting that operators may have to look beyond Barbados to source suitable personnel.
