Opposition Leader Ralph Thorne is questioning the absenteeism of three major countries in the region from the CARICOM full free movement regime, namely Jamaica, Guyana and Trinidad and Tobago.
He says this appears to be history repeating itself with the lack of participation from Jamaica, as well as Trinidad and Tobago, in the full free movement regime, which began on October 1.
