Plan to deal with derelict & abandoned properties

Plans have been drawn up by Government to deal with derelict and abandoned properties in Barbados.

This has been revealed by Minister of Housing and Lands Dwight Sutherland.

Speaking during the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Council’s Barbados Annual Construction and Design Conference now on at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre, Mr. Sutherland outlined part of the plan.

He has assured the public that the project will not disenfranchise legitimate homeowners.
