The Barbados Labour Party administration is seeking to address public confusion on the Home Ownership Providing Energy (HOPE) programme.
Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley stresses the Parliament of Barbados has not published any report or audit of the programme, and is not in receipt of any such report.
She was reacting to an article in another section of the media.
