Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley is explaining the Government’s decision to implement free movement of CARICOM nationals.
She says this is the realisation of the elusive dream for freedom of movement and to ensure that CARICOM nationals can treat the region as one.
Ms Mottley made the remarks at the ceremony at Golden Square to mark the Day of National Significance.
