The Barbados Police Service is calling on all young Barbadians to register to join the rank and file of the law enforcement agency.
The call comes from Police Communications and Public Affairs Officer, Acting Inspector Ryan Brathwaite.
He says quite a number of women have been coming forward, but they also need young men between the ages of 19 and 35 to join the ranks to fill the 254 vacancies.
Acting Inspector Brathwaite says applications are available online at www.tbps.gov.bb, or from Police Headquarters in the City.
Acting Inspector Brathwaite, who has been in service for over 30 years, says there is no more rewarding job than serving your country.
